Appreciation and gratitude to all of the Direct Support Professionals who support The Arc's mission!

"To have DSP's, like we do, who we trust and know truly care about our child, enjoy spending time with him and are conscientious about his needs, is really a blessing and, quite frankly, a huge relief. We appreciate having other care providers who engage Adam, have fun with him and re-enforce skills he is working on. He really likes to interact with them too! It gives us a break, which is good for all of us." ~ Sara Todd

"How important is the Direct Service Professional? Absolutely essential! Without them my family simply could not function. Their time spent with our child provides peace of mind and valuable insight to how our child is developing. If it wasn't for the Direct Service Professional, we could not be the productive citizens we are. My family is truly grateful for their time, caring and friendship." ~ Brandon Blietz

"My worker was very instrumental this summer in helping me create a schedule of three different SCL workers picking Kaitlyn up from Summer Day Program every day of the week & helping Kaitlyn with exercising (a very big goal we have). It took some coordinating on her part to line up the workers based on their individual schedules but everything lined up perfectly. Kaitlyn had a very good summer & looked forward to each day when she got some individualized attention while working on her goal."

"This was the most recent experience w/ my DSP not to mention all of the email reminders I get throughout the year of fun events going on she thinks Kaitlyn may be interested in." ~ Sara Griffin
