Summer Program for School Age Individuals

The Arc’s Summer Program is licensed by the Department of Human Services with the primary purpose of providing a fun, safe, and structured environment for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals eligible to attend must be between the ages of 5 and 21 years old and be attending school or a transition program next fall.

• Dates: mid-June through early-August
• Hours: Monday through Friday – 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Location: The Arc

Summer Day Habilitation Program

Turn to The Arc of East Central Iowa for community-focused day habilitation programs that can enrich your loved one’s life. 

• Ages: 16 – 21
• Dates: mid-June through mid-August
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Location: Starts and Ends at The Arc of East Central Iowa and is integrated into the community throughout the day
